MyDayMyWay.com.au (‘Site’) provides a service where newlyweds can post their fair and honest reviews on wedding businesses. As a newlywed, you can submit reviews and ratings on wedding suppliers by completing a questionnaire about your wedding day. You can also read supplier reviews & real-life stories from other newlyweds, as well as articles, hint & tips, ideas & forums.
Although some of it is quite legal, it is important that you read, understand and agree to these Terms of Use before using our services and this Site. By using any feature of our Site, you agree to be legally bound by our Terms of Use.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
1. 1. You may post reviews, comments, rating, submit information, suggestions, ideas, comments, and questions save for content and materials that are unlawful, libellous, illegal, infringing of intellectual property rights, obscene, containing foul language, profane, threatening, misrepresentative, inaccurate, dishonest, invasive of privacy, injurious to third parties, contain software viruses, political agenda, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of 'spam' or 'junk mails'.

While we will publish details of your beautiful wedding day on MyDayMyWay.com.au, we will not publish your last names, address, email or phone number. You will not receive any unsolicited mail from us unless you have consented.
2. You may request us to unsubscribe your name from the Site's marketing database at any time.
